What is Yoga?


What is Yoga? It’s life.

It’s you coming in the room and getting alone time, it’s learning how to be a better person, it’s learning awareness. It’s being comfortable with yourself in the mirror, it’s rediscovering your body and your mind. It’s spending time with your friends, it’s having laughs together. Sometimes it’s time to cry, or time to reflect.

For us today, it was family time spent together with each other. Same postures, same heat, same sequence, but every time we practice, it’s so different and unique, so it’s always special!
