Conditioning Drills were initially a training regime for yoga competitions.
Over time, they’ve evolved into a specialised skill set based practice to suit all levels, focused on:
✔️Strengthening, with a focus on the pelvis, core, glutes, and shoulders.
In our specific Drills class, we’ve designed our exercises to target specific muscle groups so there’s no cheating!
Over time you will notice improved strength and better flexibility in your practice, and your Bikram classes will be even better for it.
