Join me for an hour and learn about the pelvic floor muscles. These muscles stabilise your core and can weaken over time due to injury, pregnancy and even the normal ageing process. Sometimes these muscles can even be too tight resulting in pain and discomfort.
Like any muscle in the body, pelvic floor can be trained with regular and targeted exercises so we’ll go through some of those exercises and apply them to postures. The workshop is not heated so you’re welcome to practice the 10am beforehand.
