This workshop will run over both Saturday and Sunday with three individual sessions. You are welcome to attend all three sessions or pick and choose the sessions that interest you!
Saturday 8 am – 10 am
26&2 Workshop breaking down key concepts of the practice and simplifying our understanding to find a more healthy range of motion in the body and freedom for the mind.
Saturday 11 am 1 – pm
Pranayama and Meditation class uses Vedic principles to access the deep layers of our consciousness and open the ability to transcend by the way of kris, pranayama, mantra, and closed-eye meditation.
Sunday 9 am – 11 am
Maha Hatha Hips and Twist works through traditional Hatha techniques and functional range techniques to reach a peak position.
If you want to attend it is $50 AUD each or $135 for all!
