Are you interested in learning or improving your handstand?
We have an extremely exciting workshop coming up with the amazing world renowned Virgile.
Virgile has a wealth of knowledge after 30 years experience in the arts industry performing world wide. In 2017 Virgile was asked to coach the Handstand and Hand to Hand acts for Cirque du Soleil show, Crystal. From here Virgile has had the opportunity to share his incredible insight into the body and acrobatic art of the hand stand.
We are completely thrilled and honoured to have the opportunity to offer this workshop with our community.
The focus of these workshops is the development of basic handstand. Placing emphasis on proper form, position and
safety precautions for your practice. In addition, the class will target increasing power and resistance as well as the importance of a specifically adapted warm up for handstand.
The goal of the class is for you to leave with the basic knowledge of these skills, and the ability to incorporate them into your own daily practice.
