What we have built together is more than just a studio, it’s a family and a community that places each other at the forefront.
What I love that everyone is so real when when we’re in the studio, there’s no need to pretend to be something else. Everyone’s weaknesses, strengths, vulnerabilities and struggles are all out there in the open, but it’s a safe space and we all support each other through it. With laughs, making fun, teasing, tears but always with genuine care and compassion. It’s become more than just yoga postures in this studio, it’s a way of life. A way we can all get stronger, create change, be ourselves and know that everyone’s got your back.
This yoga has gotten me through some of the darkest times in my life, and it’s given me so much happiness and joy, and things to look forward to and a light in the dark. I hope to share that same space with each and everyone of you, and continue to grow this community that we’ve all built together.
