Gentle Stretching
These exercises are slow and suitable for everyone, focusing on strengthening, contracting and stretching the muscles – you won’t find another class like it. Most Yin based practices focus on stretching muscles by holding poses for longer, whereas our goal is to reduce muscle tension through shortening the muscles.

Prolonged stretching can pull your muscles and ligaments past the point of return, destabilising your joints and losing length or strength. Static stretching can temporarily reduce your muscles’ ability to contract, decreasing performance.
Our class works your whole body and releases that tension built up over time from stress and repetitive, strenuous activity.
I found the stretching exercises fantastic to the point that I was achieving some of the best work in the Bikram class ever!
