Having functional movement is vital to how the body works and feels. In this Workshop we will delve into the relationship between the hips, pelvis and legs and look at how different postures works them in the ways that best supports the body.
Our body will often compensate and by the time you feel pain, it’s already caused a ripple effect in different parts. To strengthen and to create stability requires you to know what muscles are actually in works, and how to use them. You should be sore from the activities you do each day, but not in constant pain.
